Thanks to our diffusion heat treatment, diffused high phosphorus electroless nickel plating offers almost twice the corrosion protection of other coatings. This corrosion resistance is essential for parts that are exposed to highly aggressive corrosive environments, thereby guaranteeing their durability.

This heat treatment allows the partial diffusion of the nickel layer into the base material. The resulting bond guarantees solid cohesion between the coating and the base material, providing exceptional mechanical strength.

The diffusion heat treatment considerably increases the hardness of electroless nickel plating compared to the “as-plated” state. This improvement in hardness increases the capacity of parts to withstand wear and mechanical stress, thereby extending their service life.
